Does it really work without the internet?

Yes. Sell, track stock and run reports with no connection. Business plans and above sync once you're back online.

Do I ever need to be online?

Once to activate, then at least once every 30 days for a quick licence check. After 27 days without one the app warns you, after 30 it locks, and after 33 days it erases the data on that device. Cloud-synced data and your Google Drive backups are not affected.

How does activation work after I pay?

Your Company ID and Licence Key arrive by email within seconds. Enter them in the app; your first device becomes the Owner.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Any time, from your own billing portal. Your data is always yours to export as JSON or CSV.
