Short version: Purchase grants you a non-transferable licence to use the software. Refunds available within 7 days if the software cannot be activated on your device. Contact us first. Governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
By purchasing or using any THYRN software product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
These terms apply to: THYRN ERPM V12 TURBO, THYRN Village POS, THYRN Free POS, THYRN Free GigSchedule, and any other software distributed under the THYRN brand by Ayur Lanka Life Style Products Pvt Ltd.
Upon purchase, THYRN grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of devices specified by your plan.
THYRN Free tools (Free POS, Free GigSchedule, and others) are provided at no cost under the same licence restrictions above. "Free forever" means THYRN will not charge for access to the free tier tools. THYRN reserves the right to add premium features that require payment while keeping the core free tier free.
Monthly and per-user subscriptions are billed in advance via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.
THYRN reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
7-day refund window: If THYRN software cannot be activated on your device for technical reasons that we are unable to resolve within 72 hours of your support request, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at support@thyrn.app before requesting a refund through Lemon Squeezy.
Refunds are not available if: you change your mind after successful activation, you purchased the wrong product and activated it, or more than 7 days have passed since purchase.
For subscriptions, cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
THYRN software is primarily offline-first: your business data and core operations work without internet access. Cloud sync features require internet connectivity. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for cloud sync or licence validation servers, but we target greater than 99% monthly availability.
All business data you enter into THYRN software belongs to you. THYRN does not claim ownership of your business data. You can export your data at any time using the built-in backup and export features. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
THYRN's licence system includes a remote licence revocation feature. THYRN may remotely disable access to a licence key in cases of: confirmed fraud, payment reversal, violation of these terms, or at the customer's request. Affected customers will be notified by email with the reason.
THYRN software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. THYRN makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of financial calculations, but you remain responsible for verifying your financial records and complying with applicable accounting and tax laws in your jurisdiction.
THYRN is not a licensed accounting firm. Nothing in our software constitutes professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THYRN's total liability for any claim arising from use of the software shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trincomalee, Sri Lanka.
THYRN may update these Terms from time to time. Active licence holders will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
